We currently offer delivery across Manhattan and select nearby areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size. For same-day courier service, custom installations, or deliveries outside our standard zone, please contact us directly.

Orders for next-day delivery should be placed by 6pm. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability—please inquire directly. For event work and larger custom orders, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date.

We work with seasonal and specialty flowers, and availability can change quickly. When a specific variety is unavailable, we may make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value while preserving the overall composition, palette, and style of the arrangement.

To help your flowers last, place them in fresh water immediately and keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Refresh the water daily and trim the stems every 1–2 days. Some blooms open gradually over time, which is part of the natural character of the arrangement.
