1) About us
V’BLOOM is a floral design studio providing floral arrangements, deliveries, and event-related floral services
‍ ‍(“Services”).


2) Orders, inquiries, and acceptance
· Website orders and inquiry submissions are requests for service.
· We may contact you to confirm details and availability.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order or inquiry in our discretion
(for example, due to availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or service limitations).

3) Pricing and taxes
· Prices are in [USD] and may be subject to applicable taxes.
· Delivery fees and other charges (including service/courier fees) will be disclosed at checkout or in your proposal/invoice.

4) Payment
· Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
· For events/weddings, we may require a deposit and staged payments, as stated in your proposal/invoice.

5) Delivery and service area
· Delivery availability depends on date, time, and location.
· You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information (address, access instructions, phone number).
· If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, or inability to reach the recipient,
additional fees may apply and/or the order may be returned or left in a safe location at the courier’s discretion.

Delivery windows: Deliveries are made within an agreed time window; exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

6) Substitutions and product variation
‍ ‍Our work is seasonal and crafted with natural materials. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
· Flower varieties may be substituted due to seasonal availability.
· Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and aligned with the overall palette and style.
· Exact replication of photographs is not guaranteed; variations in color, shape, and bloom stage are natural.


7) Cancellations, changes, and refunds
‍ ‍Because our products are perishable and often custom:
· Same-day and next-day orders: generally non-refundable once in design or dispatch.
· Custom commissions and event work: cancellation terms will be stated in your proposal/invoice and may
include non-refundable deposits and/or fees based on work completed and materials ordered.

Change requests: We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes are not guaranteed
and may involve additional fees. Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery.”

8) Event/wedding services
‍ ‍For weddings and events:
· Final design scope, quantities, installation requirements, and timelines will be defined in your proposal/invoice.
· Venue requirements (loading dock access, setup times, insurance, etc.) must be communicated in advance.
· We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or circumstances outside

our control.

9) Care and longevity
‍ ‍We provide care guidance, but we cannot guarantee flower longevity due to factors such as temperature,
handling, placement, and natural variation.

10) Intellectual property
‍ ‍All content on this website or on our Instagram (text, photos, designs, branding) is owned by or licensed to us
and may not be used without written permission.

11) User conduct
‍ ‍You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations,
or use the site for unlawful purposes.

12) Third-party services and links
‍ ‍Our site may include third-party services (payments, scheduling, embedded content, WhatsApp links, etc.).
We are not responsible for third-party sites or their privacy practices.

13) Disclaimer of warranties
‍ ‍Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law,
we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability
‍ ‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, V’BLOOM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of the website or Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15) Force majeure
‍ ‍We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
(including severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor issues, supply shortages, government actions,
or emergencies). In such cases, we will work with you on a reasonable solution.

16) Governing law
‍ ‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law rules.
